As a Principal of Lee & Associates Arizona in the Investment Properties Group, Mr. Fincham’s activities focus on income property sales, specializing in retail shopping centers, office and industrial buildings and joint ventures.

Recognized as one of the top investment real estate professionals in the Southwest, Mr. Fincham has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of over $3 billion of investment real estate over the past 25 years. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Senior Marketing Consultant with Grubb & Ellis and a top producer in the entire company for ten years, Mr. Fincham joined Lee & Associates Arizona as a Principal and Partner in 1996.
