Dempsey has been a successful investment sales broker in Phoenix, Arizona, for 14 years and a principal with Lee & Associates for 10 years. Dempsey has completed over 80 sales transactions valued at over $1.1 billion.

Having earned the CCIM designation, Dempsey’s skills include all technical aspects of the financial and real estate investment sales process. Dempsey began his career in income property loan origination in 1987, developing a strong financial base and institutional relationships through hard work and performance.
