Dempsey has a strong reputation for his client focus, attention to detail and success ratio for closing transactions. Dempsey has been a successful investment sales broker in Phoenix, Arizona for 19 years and a principal with Lee & Associates for 14 years. Dempsey has completed over 100 sales transactions valued at approximately $2 Billion.
Having earned the CCIM designation, Dempsey’s skills include all technical aspects of the financial and real estate investment sales process. Dempsey began his career in income property loan origination in 1987, developing a strong financial base and institutional relationships through hard work and performance.
